Zombies Need Brains is a small press run by my friend Joshua Palmatier that specializes in genre anthologies. Each anthology generally runs to fourteen or fifteen stories, half of which are from established writers (anchors), and half of which come in over the transom. Often each book will feature a first professional sale for one of the submissions, which makes everyone involved quite happy. Josh generally funds three of these anthologies a year on Kickstarter, and I’ve been lucky enough to be a co-editor on several. The newest, When Worlds Collide, is set to be released later this year.
